I have text messages to prove everything I’m going to say about this man! I try not to use race as an excuse for anything but this man refused to allow me to make an offer on a house with me paying CASH until I went left a message for the owner and him saying he is refusing my calls and discriminating against me. I was the FIRST PERSON to make an offer and spoke with the owner several times over a 3 month span. John refuses to return my calls, even though I purchased the house next door for cash!! Once I confronted him on his poor behavior after months to place a bid his response was that he already had 4 offers! Even tho I was the first person and met with the owners at the house! I was told the highest bid and I offered more but this man REFUSES TO SELL ME THE HOUSE!! I am renovating the
