Bought our NEW house from Renar in 2019.They have many upgrades that other builders don't.This is a gated community with low HOA Fees of only $135 month
The fee for the POA is called, is lower than most places, which I'm sure they do a lot of different things that is unknown to the residents. But I would almost rather pay a little more and get more.
They don't care about energy efficiency cause u pay for that when u purchase n 1st hand I know insulation is not done correctly
