Just purchased a brand new home from them. I as so excited and pleased with the process of doing business with them. Down to earth people. The salt of the earth. As well as the bees knees. Every thing is as promised and the entire compound is awesome. You get more bangs for the buck here. I can't wait to get relaxed by the pool. Finally moved in and everything is as promised. The correspondence post sell is awesome. I am able to contact Evan and Rene without hesitation. They both was responding to my calls and met my needs. Everything is going great with the home and HOA provides is a breeze. I am looking forward to having some neighbors middle of 2026. Renar Homes did everything that the contact stipulated and actually finished construction earlier than expected and planed. You can't

We recently purchased a home from Renar in the Morningside community.. The entire process was pleasant, professional and beyond what we expected. Renee, Rhonda and Evan were the best! Our home is a quality designed and built home. Renar does a great job and worked in lock step with our lender. It was a super great experience!

Our home built by Renar homes.It took 11 months from contract to finish.They don't deal well with other lenders.They do offer their financing.Enjoyed working Amber & Gary..Did a few upgrades- 18 in" tile throughout, enclosed Lanai,black stainless steel appli.& more .This is an up & coming neighborhood.$135 HOA MANY AMMENIDIES ,2 POOLS,CLUBHOUSE,LIGHTED BASKETBALL COURT,GUARDED GATES,DOG WALK. FIRST OF ALL YOU ARE LESS THAN A MILE FROM INTERSTATE I-95 AND LESS THAN 2 1/2 MILES FROM THE TURNPIKE..15 MIN.FROM MALLS both ways north & south.A CASINO WITHIN A MILE.12 MIN. Rude! Dishonest! Unprofessional! I signed a contract with Renar Homes on October 17, 2020. Evan, Rhonda and Renee all handle business by using bait and switch tactics. Warning!!! I am appalled at the treatment that I received from Renar Homes. I was patient when they changed my completion dates multiple times. I am very displeased with customer service on Renar Homes and its management team. After a disagreement and a breach of contract by Renar Homes, my deposit was returned to me as if I breached contract. After becoming aware that the shower I paid for was not the shower Renar Homes was putting into my home, I brought it to the company’s attention. Before committing to purchasing a home I looked at the reviews and became very nervous. I almost backed out, but Renee and Rhonda didn’t let me. I’m so glad they didn’t. Rhonda called and reassured me that I would be in good hands. There are many bad reviews, but I must say that I didn’t experience any of what people are saying. From the beginning…Rhonda, Gary and Evan were very professional and understanding. I used the preferred lender and they were absolutely amazing!!!! Rhonda always responded when I emailed her. Her responses were clear and she also showed empathy. The home buying process is stressful enough. Adding the fluctuating economy made it ten times worse. Rhonda and her team held my hand every step of the way. They answered questions when I had them and worked very very hard
