Tori, the property administrator, is very attentive, knowledgeable, and full of great ideas. He clearly understands his work and is always willing to help, which makes living here an even better experience

I have been a resident at Morningside for 3 months. Everything is new and moderate. A large kitchen, great appliances, washer/dryer, walk in closet, walk in shower and private patio.Beautiful sitting area and spacious bedroom . There are many amenities, Resident lounge, Reading area, wellness room, Movie center and Exercise room. Tori, the Manager is available to assist me with any concerns I may have. Come visit Moringside at Gerstner Place and fall in love with the facility.

I stopped in to visit the property recently as I have been looking for possible new community and I was pleasantly surprised with the property, the curb appeal, cleanliness, the many amenities for residents, the highly attentive staff. Tori was very professional and knowledgeable not only in explaining how the process would be but also in the surrounding area and what is available. My visit left me feeling like this community really focused on the residents. Thank you Tori for being so helpful.
