Morningside Apartments

The move in process was kinda hard because the office is closed on Saturday and working interfered with the paperwork. Had a theft of my ebike, but that's typical for Medford. However, Lizzy the property manager is SO PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT I decided to stay. They have an OUTDOOR pool that rocks the summer! The maintenance tech, Chris, is a gem! He is so responsive and responded immediately to my repair requests. It's right on the busline Route 40 and easy to get to Rogue X on my ebike. Centrally located makes it easy to find restaurants and services. Most Uber trips are under $10 for my destinations. The flowers are blooming now so it's really pretty. They have regular weekly landscaping and garbage pick up as needed twice a week. They do a really good job trying to maintain

The property manager (Lizzey Stephenson) made the whole process of moving so easy and comfortable for me and my 2 kids. She is so kind and professional and really makes us feel welcome here at Morningside apartments. The whole process was overall super easy and smooth and we were given multiple gifts upon doing our application we got cute shelves that go on the outside of the fridge and on move in day we got a gift bag with cleaning supplies and moose munch! I can’t put into words how grateful and excited I am to be at the morningside apartments.

Best apartment complex experience I've had in Southern Oregon! Management and Maintenance were ALWAYS extremely helpful and understanding. Neighbors were friendly, and I really enjoyed the pool and newly renovated gym. Security on site was nice for peace of mind. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, fun living opportunity.

I have lived in Morningside Apartments for over 11 years. Recently bought a house and move out. Morningside is located near Mall and other major stores. Very good location. Their club gym and community pool are very clean and nice. I spent lots of summers in the community pool. The whole community is well maintained. The manager DeeDee and Amy are very professional and nice to work with. When sometime I request repairing, they always try to come as soon as possible. I would recommend anyone who is looking for apartments stop by Morningside and check it out.

Lived here for two years and would have stayed for more. Lizzey is super sweet and you can tell she really cares about your experience at Morningside. Have recommended them and will continue to do so.
