Morningside Apartments

I've lived there for nearly two years. Most of the units rent through a one year renewable lease, unfurnished. The residents in my division appear to be non combative, no drug or excessive alcohol use. A pleasant place to live. Pets are allowed with a security deposit. In general, the place is kept tidy. There are assigned parking spaces for residents. Two of the divisions do not have swimming pools but the others do. There is a homeowners association with fees paid by the owners. Most units renting out with the only additional cost of electricity and cable/telephone. The units are mostly owned by a couple of individuals of which one is very crooked and deceptive. She, doesn't keep her word, is not fair and tries to take advantage of anyone that she can. The apartments are run down, mainta
