Morgan Square Luxury Apartments

I’ve been asking for this problem to get fixed for a while. My roof is soft. I’m sure there’s mold in there. They came one time and said they would paint over it and that did not solve the problem. Also the carpet when I got here was disgusting and they act like they can’t replace it for me and I’ve been living here for two years

Always keep in mind that everyone’s experience with something is going to be totally different. I’ve been living here for 2 years. I did have a few issues in the very beginning but they were taken care of quick. The kids and neighbors are somewhat ghetto but to be honest I didn’t expect anything different. I come in my apartment and mind my business and so does my children. The only issue I always have is someone’s visitor parking in my assigned parking spot. The apartment is nice on the inside and out. The owners are very nice! Rent is highly reasonable! The staff in the office are always cordial!

We have lived at Morgan square for 3 years. Some positive of living here is the price, it’s not so bad. Some negatives are that parking space is limited, neighbors don’t respect your parking spots, and lots of parties happen. The biggest negative is that for 2 years now there has been a pot hole developing at the entrance of the apartment complex and the issue has not been fixed yet.

Management is great . They always willing to work with you if you get behind . Down fall is roaches everywhere, walk ways are in need of a good pressure washing as well as siding in hall way. Maintenance is slow about fixing anything. Dumpster is always over flowing . Other then that everyone stays to them self and pretty quite

The parking spots are way to close together other then that beautiful apartments inside & the kids have alot of play area in the back on green grass very clean. However I will say ppl that just throw thier trash outside there door it really ruins it for others that are not so lazy 😀
