Morgan Manor Apartments

WORST PLACE TO LIVE !! This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Maintenance requests are constantly ignored, and nothing ever gets fixed no matter how many times you report it. Management is unresponsive and shows little to no concern for residents’ living conditions. Everything in this apartment is old and constantly breaking, Plumbing issues and broken appliances are ignored for weeks and months . which makes living here extremely frustrating and stressful. I would never recommend this place.

I am giving this a 4 star review. My experience has been quick, very efficient and helpful. Vanessa and Jose have been great with customer service. Are the apartments top of the line? No. Are they affordable and serve their purpose? Yes. They recently have a new maintenance team that seems to be doing well. No tickets have been ignored since my move in. Overall the teams that work here get 5 stars and the apartments themselves get 3. I think the owners should invest a little more in repairs and resurfacing, trading out team members from other properties only takes you so far.

I just moved in two days ago and took photos and pictures of the apartment I was supposed to move into I expected everything to be fixed and ready for move in but it was not and now the employee in the front office are telling me that I have to wait on a work order even though there is an exposed plug in my daughter's room that is a huge safety hazard and it's not the point that I have to wait it's the point that everything should have been fixed before I even moved and and they said it would but they lied straight to my face and on top of that did a half ass job instead of fixing the floor that was coming up and had a hole in it they just glued it down I also have missing knobs in my apartment as well as paint falling of of vents and there's a lot more I can name i wanna warn people so th

I just recently moved into these Apartments on the 20th of September. The Manager Laura is very nice and very friendly all the questions i have had she has answered them and her staff Jose is also very nice and friendly as well. I am glad i moved here its only 6 mins away from my work and its very convenient.. Georgianna Chavira 09/30/2025

The worst apartments ever. 1st off when I moved in I wasn’t shown my apartment I just had to go off the apt number and look. When I walked in the apt wasn’t ready at all the outside of this place look and is horrible. I lived on bottom floor and the people above did nothing but let their kids STOMP I mean it was outrageous they stomped from morning til 2am. I’ve called police multiple times to in-force quietness after 10pm. If I bang a stick they stomp harder. Told manager they did nothing. They even towed our car says it looked “suspicious” this place also has roaches. Like I said wasn’t move in ready. Missing a door for under the sink. The light wouldn’t turn on in one bathroom and another bathroom the light inside the bathroom controlled the bedroom.
