Rented from her did many! Fix ups in her place in Ellsworth and when I moved out and professionally cleaned the mold infested place, she said I ruined her house and wouldn't give me back my security deposit, she was rude and very judgemental. I professionally cleaned the dump when I moved in as well still have the pictures to prove the mold and cleanliness
This company took my money three weeks before they even came to do the appraisal and it was supposed to be done by July 12th. We were supposed to close on our house by the 15th. It’s the 22nd of July and we still have no appraisal. I guess we will just keep calling and calling until we have answers. This lady isn’t good with communication and she was rude when she was at my house. Very unimpressed.
Quoted $2,000.00 for a home appraisal. That’s USD.😳👎
