Can't seem to ever get through, the phone just rings and rings. My son has a voucher but has no idea how much it's for or where he can use it. He's been waiting weeks for a called back before he has no where to go come Monday September 30. His son, my grandson is disabled, autistic and 11 years old. I'm not impressed and quite upset.
