Debbie Lowe from Moreland Properties was our realtor for both the home we purchased and the home we sold. The closing dates for both sales were within 12 days of each other. As a buyer's realtor Debbie reviewed our inspection report and then provided us with sound advice on items she thought should be addressed by the seller as well as the ones that we did not need to worry about. She crafted an amendment to our initial contract which was accepted by the seller. As a seller's realtor, she printed out high quality brochures as well as seller disclosures for our property which mentioned potential problem issues upfront.
