Buyer beware! Read the "contract" you sign with these slimy agents. DO NOT SET FOOT IN TO ANY HOME WITH THESE AGENTS until you NEGOTIATE YOUR COMMISSION. Anita is a HORRIBLE agent and lied to our faces, went behind my back and cost me multiple deals and weaseled her way in to a deal with new home builder by calling them behind my back to get her commissions she felt she was "OWED".
