Recently purchased my home from More Homes and had a wonderful experience. My More Homes realtor made my first buying experience an unforgettable one. Everything was smooth from the beginning of looking at houses to the end at closing table. Not once did I feel pressured into anything and was not pushed into getting the more expensive house. All my questions were answered quickly and in a timely manner. This felt more as an experience as opposed just another transaction which was appreciated because I’ve noticed a lot of other realtors who come from different companies who’s agents are so pushy it makes it almost uncomfortably to conduct business feeling like just another pay check. This is why I’m glad to have conducted business with More Homes and will look for them for future purchases

Per the advice from my daughters lender I will be filing a formal complaint with the the Florida Real Estate Commission. The realtor from More Homes LLC started out amazing and earned the respect and business of my daughter. But the house sale wasn't enough.. he tried to pressure her into using only his friend who was a local lender - calling her on a three way call and implying the sale wouldn't go through with loan depot and only his local lender. After speaking with the previous owners, he also tried to convince their realtor to only use the local lender as well which almost caused her to lose her earnest money. Be careful before you decide to work with this company and their buyers. Buyer on my transaction being Acrist Investments LLC to be specific. I was weary of signing contract in first place and my gut was accurate. They are unethical. They represented Acrist who didn't deposit escrow and is most likely just trying to flip the lot. Wasted my time for a 45 day period and then told me they decided not to move forward. Their inspection period was 10 days and when I told them I was not going to release their escrow because they were 45 days into contract, their response was they never placed it so contract is null and void. My fault for not making sure escrow was deposited within 3 days but it was an oversight as Ive been extremely busy. They lead me on up until a couple days before clo
