From beginning to closing on our new home, my wife and I had a great experience. We highly recommend working with the down-to-earth and accommodating team. We had superb communication process the entire time and as first-time homeowners, we were provided with quality counseling and advice, tailored to our needs. Thank you!

If I could take stars away, I would! Curtis our developer sold land to our builder that was supposedly internet ready and a line hasn’t even been dropped! Our entire street is without internet with no foreseeable resolution, save for the hotspots provided- which blew and stopped working this weekend. They are asking us to go to holland to have them repaired and have forced us to rent office space for an indeterminate amount of time so that we are able to still work and afford to survive. There are no apologies or solutions despite many emails, calls and texts. Our appliances can’t function. We have no tv. Do not purchase from this developer unless you want to gamble! Oh, they’re still selling without telling thier buyers the truth either!

Only positives from this team. We have sold, bought and built with them and would/will do it again if we ever have the need. They made the process simply and easy for us. Highly recommended!
