Morada at Maysville

Not resident friendly. Cant make it a home environment, cant grill, can't put anything decorative on your porch, they invade the property every 90 days. With premium rent of $2000 nothing to offer. Worse experience. Can't have a life there but you can move and have a normal life. Can't recommend them.

I stopped by Morada at Maysville and toured the model unit while visiting my elderly parents in Fort Wayne recently. Although it won''t work for my parents as they need additional assistance, I was impressed with the roominess of the apartment and loved the fact that it had a two car garage! This would be a great apartment for those looking for additional space and privacy.

Got their unsolicited flyer in the mail. Looked at the photos…sad. Ugly, cheap and tiny. Advertising cathedral ceilings that are anything but. The company probably should reconsider their marketing attempts, and practice of sending unsolicited junk mail.

Bluf is just jealous, the homes aren’t tiny they’re actually spacious.
