We own a rental that they have managed for a long time. The property is inspected and taken care of and we have been pleased with the service. Recently Carolina was added to the team and she has really bumped the service up a notch. I really love working with her, she is responsive to any needs we may have and does an excellent job of staying in contact with us if there are any issues. She has always been friendly and helpful over the phone and it has made things easier for us whenever we need her. She inspects the property and has always let us know the condition after a tenant moves out so we feel assured that things have been taken care of. I highly recommend this company and especially Carolina she is the best.

Very unprofessional people. A friend of mine and I are in business together. My friend leased a building with Moore Property Management. At that time I was a silent partner. They were supposedly the “management company”. However, very ineffective and little management with problems. Cody told LIES from the beginning and made promises...never following through. Elizabeth was the property manager...Terrible manager! She tried to manage the property from her desk only; not ever wanting to leave the office to address issues in person. When the lease was up my friend chose not to renew and that’s when they really became nasty.
