We purchased our home earlier this year and worked with Veronica at Monument Title, she was amazing to work with throughout the entire closing process. She was not only very knowledgeable but responsive, helpful, and got ahead of any potential issues by being proactive and notifying us when needed. Her follow up and communication made closing so much easier and less stressful than a home purchase typically is. I had an error with a document from the county post close, and Veronica had it corrected within the very same day. I would absolutely recommend her and Monument for anyone who wants to know that a huge purchase is being taken care of in the right way!

They simplifying and explain everything very well and made this hectic process a delightful experience. I was the lender on a recent transaction with Monument. Paulette Ortiz Malpica was the Escrow Officer. She was excellent throughout the process. She was the actual signer at closing as well and explained everything thoroughly to the buyers. She was very patient and answered all questions. Great to work with. I would definitely recommend for title and escrow services.

Efficient and helpful, will be an understatement to describe this company. Paulette , the escrow officer guided me and explained to me all of my closing documents which was super helpful. Their title officer was able to deliver a complete chain of tittle which was very impressive. Will use this company again.
