Monument Arms Apartments

The lady that works there is so rude. I went in to get on the list three different times. I was told ever time I called that I was still on the list. Fast forward a few months, meanwhile I'm still calling, I was told that I was off the list. Wait, what?! Why didn't I get a phone call or a letter? I told the lady that we didn't have a permanent address. She told me in the most rude a** way, " I don't have time to call everyone on the list!" I told you don't have to call everyone, just the first few people. Well to make a long story short. They screwed me over again. I'm done! If you are looking for a apartment, don't go there.

So I wanted to leave my old review, but still post a new one. A while back I put my name on the list for a appartment again, I guess I'm a glutten for punishment. Well months later I got a call from the new manager of Monument Arms. Well I was super surprised, because the other lady said that was something she wouldn't do. But the new manager is awesome!! She is really kind and thoughtful, very good at her job. I now have an appartment and I am so very happy!! I'm glad that I put my name back on the list.

Visit my grandmother on a regular basis and there is never parking there’s cars that have been sitting in the same spots for years the spiders who formed cob webs have more time in the complex than the tenets. On top of that the vegetation is all beyond dead half the sprinklers are stuck in the ground making mud puddles, the gate stays broken and open to whoever wants to wander into the complex. Overall it’s affordable for a reason. And it’s unfortunate I have to even give it one star to be able to post this.

I been living here for like 10 yrs love it when I moved here as a single mom for 3 boys , I what’s bless when they let my mom n my mentally sick brother moved in when my my mom got very sick . But now I been telling them that my bathroom is damaged is been damaged for 4 months, n the only thing I hear is “”we are working on it””

This complex is bad, not much else to say, They didn't give my mother a bathroom door, and we've been living here for about 2 years now and still do not have one, My mom owes then 9000 dollers for "not paying rent" when they refused to ell my mother how much the rent was and kept letting her pay amounts that were to little, also the water gets cut off a lot, to the point we didn't have water for a whole week and couldn't even take a shower, having to get hotels.
