Monticello Village Apartments

Maintenance is great! I had 3 issues that John quickly took care of about 1 hour after submitting my maintenance request! He was very nice even put my cups away after taking them out to replace our microwave light!

John is friendly and hardworking. He took care of all our maintenance needs and fixed issues even beyond what we had requested. We have been very pleased with the care and attention given to maintaining our apartment unit and the building in general. We appreciate the hard work! Thank you!

My family of 3 moved into a 2 bed 2 bath at the village in late April earlier this year, the best perks around here is how much peace and quiet there is. People here are very respectful, management is responsive, and they really do enforce the rules with no left over dog waste, or absolutely no smoking on the grounds. central air is awesome, soft water is so wonderful as well, Stephanie, the property manager was great to work with while going through our rental process. she's been the only property manager for 2 locations at the same time of applying, and was still on top of our application process. Very thankful to call the village our home. I would recommend the village to a friend for sure

Currently living here and there is just issue after issue, windows aren’t sealed properly causing moisture to build up creating black mold, all the caulking has been done improperly or terribly, flooring is bubbling up in the kitchen and bathrooms not to mention they paint over everything and call it good.
