Monticello Crossings

After 6 years of living in the Crossings it is bittersweet to leave. My wife and I started off in their 1 bedroom then upgraded to two bedrooms after our first kid. Upgraded again to 3 bedrooms after our second kid and now that we’re about to have our third kid we are running out of space hence the reason for leaving. No place or person is perfect however we very much enjoyed our time here and we’d love to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team as they are always top notch. Best apartments in town. Heated underground parking, great gym, and big units with vaulted 3rd-floor ceilings that make the place feel wide open. Management and Maintenance are very responsive and easy to work with, and the apps make everything simple. Pay bills, request maintenance, unlock doors, and control heat or AC from anywhere. The pool area and cabanas are awesome, plus it's pet friendly. There’s a dog area, dog wash in the garage, lounges, game/event rooms, and a secure package room. Even a guest suite if friends or family visit.

I initially had several locations on the list for touring. While I didn’t have an appointment to tour Monticello Crossings, Miss Mikayla Olson buzzed me in as I “crept” in and “peeked” through the main office door! We had a good laugh. She immediately showed me an apartment, work out center, pool, yoga room and all done efficiently and with a smile. Before processing the application, I brought my son to tour a couple days later - he approved but by this time an app was already processing by someone else (a risk I took, and I’ll own.) Mikayla found me another apartment, same layout facing the pool with an even closer move-in date! Shout out to this shining soul and also to Kayla who helped us with our tech issues expediting the process. This staff CARES about experience!

We were having trouble with our clothes dryer. Our maintenance request was responded to within 24 hours. Maintenance has always been great here at Monticello Crossings. Your new guy Anthony is wonderful. He was courteous and efficient. Great addition to the team !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had such a positive experience living at Monticello Crossings. One of the best things about this community is how pet-friendly it is. Animals aren’t just tolerated here—they’re truly welcomed. Seeing neighbors walking their dogs or enjoying time outside with their pets adds so much warmth and comfort to the atmosphere. It makes the property feel more like a community than just an apartment complex. Another huge plus is how clean and well-maintained everything is. The common areas are spotless, the grounds are cared for year-round, and the buildings themselves are kept in excellent condition.
