Monticello Manor Apartment Homes

I've lived at Monticello for 3 years. The new manager Cheryl is so helpful. I've been having issues in my apartment and she got them taken care of right away. You can tell she cares about the property. The other managers never came out of the office but I see her outside walking around the property every day, she always asks me how I am doing and if everything in my apartment is going well, she always keeps a positive attitude. She's what we needed here, I hope she stays!

Roseanne actually cares and it's obvious. Can't express how much I appreciate her going out of her way to make things easier for me moving in. Would recommend to any of my friends or family if they were looking. (edit to add the apartments are beautiful and well taken care of. Am happy with my choice)

So this place is just horrible. I haven't even moved in yet because I've been given the run around. I was to do a walk thru on 9/26/2025. I came and was told that the carpet wasn't done to come back on 9/27/2025. I called and came by and no one was here, turns out they were all sick. Came back on 9/29/2025 when I was told that I could move in. Nope, I came over and was told that the floor still wasn't done and that I could come back on 9/30/2025 at 12pm and be able to move in. So I get a call and was asked if I could come at 1:30 pm instead and I said yes. I'm here now and I paid my rent and deposit already. I'm being told that I still can't move in because the floor still isn't done!! Are you really serious? And I was told that I couldn't get my deposit back so I just paid my rent. What i
