Monticello Lee Apartments

I’ve been at Monticello Lee apartments for a month now, and I have nothing but positive things to say. In urgent need to move in, Angelica was efficient, kind and enthusiastic about making my move in smooth, and happen quickly. After a month, she still is all positive things, supportive and enthusiastic. Everytime you see the leasing office staff, they will approach you with kindness and genuine interest in your needs (including our maintenance helper José, and other ground keeping staff). You’re met with kindness and excitement while moving in. This apartment truly is a community. Supportive staff, friendly staff, as well as friendly and kind neighbors. This apartment really has its charms! The staff that works here is exceptional. Meeting Angelika and José was great, they really make the place so welcoming ☺️. I really appreciate the work they do to take care of us. Our custodians also do a very good job keeping the place tidy. Mrs. Mercedes is a pleasure talking to. The only downsides would be not having in-unit laundry and you can hear the creaking noise of the floor when people walk.

I am moving out soon to move to a place with a yard for my large, energetic, dog...but I couldn't leave without recognizing Angelika. From the very first day I toured the property to my final weeks here, Angelika been a major contribution to M-L being "home." She consoled me when I learned (while I was at her desk, signing the lease) that my dog was very sick and being admitted to stay at the hospital during my first week of residency. She supported me during that time, made my move-in seamless, and has remained just as helpful and compassionate throughout my entire residency. (And my dog LOVES going to visit her in the leasing office for "cookies"!) Angelika is an integral part of what makes M-L a genuine community!

I have nothing but great things to say about Monticello Lee! Angelika was the first person we met and has truly been amazing with us! She is going above and beyond for residents. José and Mercedes are also amazing employees. We felt welcome here and found a real community!

We lived at the Monticello Lee for one year and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to move for work. The thing we miss most about our time there is the warm community and the lovely leasing staff (Angelica being a star among stars 😄) She really made our time there special and we were so happy to have been a part of the Monticello Lee community while we were there, as it’s often hard to find that nowadays.
