We sold house in November 2021, have yet to receive any paperwork from realtor. Today is April 22, 2022. They were not professional in their work. Customer service was lacking and we were treated rudely each time we asked about their services in selling our land. Not recommended.
Made an offer on one of their listings, deadline on offer came and to this day they never bother to let us know if it was accepted or rejected. Very unprofessional and unethical.
Ronnie Whiteley is a poor judge of character when dealing with property owners. Needs to do better research and pursue principle on rural land deals, and by all means verify legal documents.
Great staff with a wide variety of homes and no pressure sales your sure to find what you need
