I have NEVER had such a DIFFICULT closing EVER. Completely dropped the ball. Never got a notary lined up. We ran our printer out of ink trying to print the 200 Pages they EMAILED US. Told us to just go get it notarized at a UPS store. Thank God I had a friend who is a notary and used to work at a bank. She found MISTAKES in the paperwork AND places we missed tagging for signing. If we had a PROFESSIONAL as promised my husband would not have had to spend 5 hours printing, tagging etc. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. If you are NOT local do NOT use because they DK how to do an out of state closing! And they will block you on their Facebook page if you tell the truth. Must only go the extra mile if you are LOCAL
