This place is our home for over 25 years, with many positives, however the one star is due to the HOA fees that are unjustly over $600 a month starting 2026.
Carol and Mike are extremely responsive to homeowners and work very well with the board to ensure fiscal responsibility while keeping the community in excellent condition.
I love living here! The neighbors are nice. Carol and Mike that oversee the running of the area are very responsive to our requests. The grounds are beautifully kept as are the Townhomes. I couldn’t be happier!
I love living here. I have lived here (off and on) since 1995. The location is perfect and it is very peaceful and beautiful. Property values are always good here.
I love the atmosphere of our community. It feels like a neighborhood not a condo complex. The property is very well maintained and kept up to date.
