Montgomery Pointe Apartments

I love living here! The balcony is so nice on summer nights. My apartment is a renovated 1 bedroom with W/D. I’ve been living here for 2 years and don’t want to leave until I buy a home. I’m happy with the location, the neighbors, and the quality of my apartment. Pet friendly and clean common areas. Maintenance is always so fast and responsive!

[edit] I moved in here 7 months ago into a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. They are slowly making renovations one unit by one! Maintenance is so responsive as well as our community manager named Amber. You can tell they really care. My only complaint would be more bathroom air ventilation, the lack of central air, old radiators and it can get a little chilly in the winter. I’ve never once doubted my safety, Great location—if there’s an opening and you’re considering it, don’t hesitate to live here!!

Berger is slowly making much needed improvements. Management responds promptly to maintenance requests.
