Korman Residential at Casa Del Sol

I loved my experience here! I was a Villanova student and needed a short term lease because I was graduating early and the team here was so flexible and accommodating. The office team, Yvette and Dylan, are super friendly and genuinely want to help you. I always felt safe, even at night. I lived there for 4 months and I never had a problem with my apartment, the utilities, or parking. Sometimes a washing machine would break or the dryers wouldn't get my laundry all the way dry, but there are several machines so you just had to find one that worked. It is an older building so there are creaky floors, sticky doors, and a million layers of paint but honestly, I really loved the vibes.

property seems beautiful, but i haven’t seen it in person because this is the second time i’ve scheduled a tour only for it to be cancelled day-of because “the unit is not available to tour” and the price does NOT match what’s listed on the site. the prices listed on the site are weirdly fluctuated ($1000 for a 1 bed but $1500 for a studio?) and don’t match what they’re actually charging. the unit i wanted to tour “starts at $1000 but was actually $1750, which is outrageous.

Excellent management team! Dylan has been a wonderful addition as our new property manager. Yvette is an excellent leasing agent. Casa del Sol is a special building. It is in great hands with this team.

The on-site laundry facilities have not been working in months. Often there are only 2 or 3 working washing machines and dryers for all of the residents (100 apartments). I have spoken to several residents who have complained to Korman management and it does seem that they are not going to fix this problem anytime in the near future. If you move into this apartment building be advised that you will have to find a laundromat to wash your clothes and sheets and towels.

Casa del Sol was a wonderful place to call home! I love that the lease terms are customizable, it made things really easy for me since I'm a student. The location is also perfect!! Easy walking distance to both Bryn Mawr and Ardmore and only 1-2 blocks from the train, so it's perfect if you don't drive. There are many washers and dryers so I never worried about my clothes being thrown on the floor if I was a few minutes late. The staff is also very kind and helpful! Would definitely be staying here longer if I didn't have to move back to NYC for school :)
