Montgomery Plaza

Montgomery Plaza is by far the best apartment experience that I've had in about 5 years. Lisa, the property manager, is extremely personable and professional, and helped us through some minor hiccups during the moving process. George, the maintenance man, is extremely amiable and knows his stuff. The area around the apartment is incredible, sporting tons of local businesses and of course Kenwood Mall. The area is extremely walkable and has access to a really awesome bus system. Overall the experience here has felt very human, which is rare for an apartment complex. We've only been here for a couple of months, but it really does feel like a home.

Lisa and George are very nice. Very helpful with all questions about the apartment and any maintenance issues I had (very few). The apartment was clean and just like in the pictures. It's conveniently located near the mall and it's easy access with buses to anywhere in the city.

I have rented four different apartments in Cincinnati over the last 7 years, and this was by far the best one. This is the only place I have lived around here that actually felt like a home. Lisa the manager and George the maintenance man are both very friendly and were extremely helpful with the move-in process. There were only a few small maintenance issues when my wife and I first moved in and they were all fixed promptly. The units themselves are super spacious and well maintained especially for what you pay for them, no "landlord specials" here. The surrounding area is also very nice, there are lots of cool restaurants and stores nearby that you don't even need a car to get to. I unfortunately did have to move out after only 8 months, however this is due to life events and was through

I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it! It’s a great location and such good space for an affordable price. Lisa the manager was amazing, she was always so helpful and kind and the maintenance man was also very kind and prompt! I would recommend living here!

Will update if I end up making Montgomery Plaza my home. I do not live here, but wanted to drop a review regarding the property manager, Lisa. She has truly been a pleasure to interact with. She is friendly and professional. Many places I've toured give me "used car salesman" vibes, but not Lisa. She seems like an honest and good natured person. She was happy to answer every question I had, and didn't at all pressure or rush me during the tour. The common areas and apartments I toured were clean, functional, and in good shape, which tells me the place is managed well. I briefly met the maintenance manager as well. He seemed kind and professional. I don't know if I'll end up at this community, but based on my interactions thus far, I hope the owners do what they can to keep employees of thi
