Montfort Place Apartments

I could seriously write a 3 page essay on how terrible this place is. Moving in on the first day was terrible apartment was never cleaned out and that the apartment was infested after looking through the kitchen. After I complained and tried to get released from the lease. They ignored me for 4 days until they could get past a period of time where I can't be released from the lease. Lease says they charge previous renters for any damages and when moving out it has to look "as it was" when you first moved in. So I did I left the roach infested poop there and dead bugs that they said they would clean out and never did. So I was then charged $1200 after I moved out. The only mess I left was the mess they left in the kitchen when they moved us in. Maintenance kept entering without notice. My u

I have lived here for about a year and a half, and I can say I really do like living here. The office staff is very nice and helpful, they don't make you feel bad when you call or stop in with a question or need assistance. Any issues we've had they have been able to help us and fix, and maintenance is very responsive when we put in a request. Marcus especially on the maintenance team is super helpful and quick to solve any of our maintenance issues. Katherine, Laura and Julissa have been super helpful as far as any leasing questions or issues. It's also a really nice convenient location and the apartments are pretty well maintained. Like any place you choose to live, there will be an issue here or there, but the staff always being willing and happy to help makes all the difference. I woul

I’ve lived in these apartments for about 3 years and overall it’s a good complex. The office staff is friendly and they keep the property pretty clean. It’s also quiet considering being so close to the airport and DNT. The maintenance team is great, especially Marcus. Honestly, he’s seems to be the only maintenance worker sent for my requests and the only one I’ve witnessed working.

Vanessa IS a great representative!! She preformed excellent service and kept me updated with the application process. She is very understanding and provided the best solutions. Even when I needed to change the move in date she advised me of the policy and procedures and was still able to get the date change approved!! Wow! She showed resilience throughout this whole process. We bonded over similar life experiences and shared nice laughs and giggles. She even asked my kid questions which made her feel included. Moving is never easy but you, Vanessa, made it life changing just by your aura and light. I can’t thank you enough Vanessa you are truly a God send!! Thank you so much we are very excited for the move to Monfort Place.

I went to do a tour of the property with Vanessa and I really enjoyed it! She was very informative and super nice. She was very down to earth and easy to just talk to. The property is absolutely beautiful! They definitely put in a lot of work to keep it up. The apartment I toured was so cozy and felt very homey.
