I'm just going to say it, do not rent from here. I had a 6 month lease and was told the unit was ready. When I arrived to sign my lease and move in I was told that I would have to put more down on my deposit from $200 to $400 as well as pay part of the rent for the month. Having already packed my stuff and having no place to go I had no choice. When I walked into the unit it was a mess and took the cleaning service nearly a week to come out. When I moved out in February of 2020 the new management company did a walk thru and said that I would be getting my $400 deposit back, this was before COVID forced the lockdowns, and was told that it would take a little longer due to them not being able to work in the office, which was understandable. This place is vile. It is infested with mice, roaches, and lizards. The staff doesn't care about the health or well-being of the tenants at all. If you have children, do not move into this apartment complex. The health risks of mice and cockaroaches getting into your food or belongings is too much to risk the diseases they cause. The walls and doors are all hollow. I found that the cockaroaches were literally living inside my pantry door and eating the cheap paint they used to paint the doors and walls of the apartment. The staff is rude and uncaring, especially the manager, who didn't even speak to me when I reported that my car was broken into and that someone attempted to break into my apartment. I am living here now and every since I've transferred to a two bedroom from what bedroom which the one bedroom is basically an efficiency with closet doors. This two bedroom in the beginning that the biggest rat I had ever seen and it was scratching at the walls and chewing through the cabinets and it was infested and roaches they never seem to come and collect any of the light fixtures there were missing none of the tubs had the water stoppers the sinks didn't have the thing to drain it out.
