I did a tour with Mecca And she is very sweet and knowledgeable about her property. She answered every question I had and showed true hospitality. Usually, when I do a tour somewhere leasing agents Are not pleasant, but she surely was! If there was ever a reason to lease here, it would be because of the good prices on the units and having someone like her working at the office. I will be putting in an application.

Currently leasing, and this has been my life the past 4 months. The staff are very helpful, but the issues always arise with the water. This has made my first apartment experience so horrible.

I only signed a lease a few days ago, but the ease of the process is a significant factor in why I chose this building. Mecca made everything very easy. She always picked up her phone or answered messages quickly. She was willing to accommodate preferences like filling out a paper application. She allowed me to see multiple rooms on different days. And she was very helpful when I had to fight with my renters insurance to get proof of coverage. A cooperative leasing office is not always a given. So Mecca is an asset to the complex.

Recently became a resident here & May I say the kind & careful mannerism of both Mecca & Tia were really great both individually helped me in separate departments of things but managed to answer all my questions & concerns & assist me with the ideal home for me! I’m extremely thankful to have been assisted by both absolute lovely ladies with the upmost professionalism!

Your apartment will be filled with cheap appliances, features, and flooring that peels off with little pressure from a chair, but on the bright side, you have a lotta storage.
