Monterey At Lake View Drive

We had a two bedroom apartment and a garage for around 20 months. The location of the apartment is pretty hard to beat- walkable to parks, groceries, downtown Kirkland, and the lake. In addition, it's easy to jump on highways from this pocket of Kirkland. Our apartment was spacious with a view, the grounds were well kept-up, and maintenance requests were handled extremely fast with a very friendly staff. Overall, it was a great experience for a very reasonable rent.

Nice view to lake and ideal location for commute! We lived here for about a year and honestly loved it! Great office team always quick to respond to any requests. Maintenance was also always friendly when addressing any issues in our home. The location of these apartments is 5 minutes away from 520 & 405, ideal if you need to commute to Seattle, Bellevue, or Kirkland. Less than 10 minutes away from downtown Kirkland and Lake of Washington, motivates you to spend more time with family to walk by the lake! We enjoyed living in this apartment!

I lived at the Monterey Apartments for over 4 1/2 years and I was truly sorry to have to move. The one-bedroom apartments were uniquely spacious and the natural light from all the windows was wonderful. Most of all, I enjoyed the staff of Waddell Properties-from the grounds crew to the office staff. They were always very pleasant and accommodating and treated me very fairly. I really felt like they were friends! (But best of all was the huge box of chocolates they gave each of us every Christmas!) Thank you, Waddell Properties!

Lived here for around four years. I had a nice and sunny south facing unit. This was especially great in the winter months. The location is very close to the lake and downtown Kirkland. The management and maintenance were very responsive. It is close to a bus stop. Would live here again if I had the chance!

The Monterey was, without doubt, the best apartment complex my husband or I have lived in. The management team is thoughtful, prompt and helpful. We wish we did not have to leave! We also promptly received our security deposit. This was the first time that an apartment complex has sent an itemized receipt that explained the deposit without having to be asked to do so. We would absolutely recommend the apartment and the management group to friends and family.
