Montelano Apartments

I’ve had an amazing experience at this apartment complex. The office team is outstanding, especially Phil, the Property Manager, along with Luna and JordAn. They are professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive, and they truly care about the residents and the community. The maintenance crew is just as impressive, quick to respond, skilled, and always doing quality work. Any maintenance requests are handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Overall, this is a well managed, welcoming community thanks to an excellent property manager, a great office staff, and a reliable maintenance team. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jordan during my apartment search, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jordan’s customer service goes above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in the rental world. Every question I had was answered with patience, clarity, and genuine care. She made the entire process feel effortless. What stood out most was Jordan’s professionalism paired with a warm, friendly attitude. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and proactive in making sure I felt confident in my decision. It’s rare to find someone who treats you like more than just another applicant, but Jordan truly made me feel valued.

1 week in, no complaints so far. I'm coming back after living here about a month and a half now, I am dropping my rating to 4 stars because this is the 5th, if not more, time that they shut down the warm water, it is very in convenient to have to schedule or post pone your showers for the next day or later in the day, small inconvenience, but becomes a lot bigger when it happens more than 2 times. Also noticed they are having very big plumbing issues, hence the warm water shut off, for a couple weeks, maybe a little less, there was sewage water on the basketball court and near the BBQ area, smelled unpleasant, you could see toilet paper floating amongst it all. Thankfully I do not live near that side so I was not affected by the smell and other things that might of been an issue if you liv

Recently looked into moving here with my husband. Jordan was awesome- she made the experience wonderful and welcoming. Even though we didn’t decide to live here, we will still be recommending this place to others. And mostly it’s thanks to Jordan. You can tell she loves her job, and she’s wonderful at it. :)

Recently went looking for apartments in the area, and worked with Jordan. She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond anyone and any place I've ever worked with. I plan to move this year and wanted to start looking out of curiosity and I will now be moving in there for sure!
