Montecito Point Apartments

We've lived here for a number of years. I have always appreciated that the property managers are easy to reach and located in the building, and that it's not a huge property management company (or it doesn't feel like it). Melissa is always helpful and quick to respond, and Moises is so friendly, it's always nice to see him every day around the building and say hello. They take care of maintenance requests ASAP and follow up to make sure it gets done and that the fix worked. Thank you!

Melissa the property manager and Moises the maintenance guy are both gems. They're hardworking and keep the place tip top shape. I've lived here for over 2 years and since I've moved in every work order every issue has been handled professionally. Very good no frills place to live.

Melissa is a great manager of the building. The location is excellent and has a lot to walk to, very nearby.

Property Management - I've lived at Montecito Point for 5 years... Property Managers come and go. The current PM, Melissa is one of the best, she has shown good Property Management skills in taking on hard issues and seeing them through!!! Kudos to you Melissa!

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR THE SHOPPING CARTS OR AN EXTRA CAN OF GAS OR A PLACE TO SET YOUR CAR ABLAZE AND COLLECT AN INSURANCE CLAIM. MOVE HERE AND USE THE SUB-LEVEL GARAGE. Where this pool cleaning company has set up shop with gallons of chlorine powder right across a gas can full of petrol. UPDATE): Here in these additional photos you can see that under the new manager(s) (Melissa). I say that because of the poor reviews calling out ConAm management and there people by name they no longer post manager signed correspondence, its just a generic title for the (ConAm) group. In the photos you can tenants have broken the overhead vehicle safety rail and just threw it on the ground. Also cars have been broken into with doors being obstructed so tenants can get in and out of the building easier BUT a
