Montecito Apartments

I have been living here for about eight years location is great so is the neighborhood close to downtown Raleigh, North Hills Midtown walking distance to shopping. Office staff is nice especially Janet she is so helpful anytime you need help always with a big smile she is the best i give Janet 5 🌟 plus keep been awesome, Bonnie and all the maintenance team keep up the good work you all do.

We lived here 3/2025 - 10/2025 and were initially attacked to the property due to location and lower cost for short term lease fees and lease fees. In general, the property is quiet and most people keep to themselves. The amenities are not maintained well at all - the fitness center was filthy, as well as the common areas accessible near the pools. There were a few issues with the office staff regarding them wanting to update our apartment while we were still living there which could potentially displace us and our pets for several days. They were very rude in communication to both me and my husband regarding this issue. Otherwise any other maintenance requests were handled very quickly. They have the best maintenance people any issues are corrected the first time no matter the weather conditions There office staff is great always ready to help in any situation. The apartments layout is great ,it’s pretty quite and peaceful

This place is amazing I’m thankful for everything. Thankful to all the maintenance thank you for doing your best.

With the heavy rain my back door was collecting water from a blocked gutter. Within 1 hour from my maintenance request they took care of it just in time for another down pour. Very grateful for their hard work
