Their commitment to maintaining a quality living environment is deeply appreciated. The presence of nighttime security patrols further enhances my sense of security and well-being.

Nice place to live. They cleaned up the area but the parking sucks. People with motorcycles take up a parking spot when the have a 2nd vehicle or the motorcycles don't move at all

Wonderful place to live or seniors. I recommend these apartments to live with no question. One minute walk to Alum Rock Lightrail Station.
