DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They refuse to pay when work has been completed. I have jumped thru the hoops they required and still nothing. ZERO STARS

We bought a Monte Hewett property second hand, and there have been nothing but problems. The largest of which was a foundation problem that has water leaking into our house and destroying our floor. Do not buy one of these homes. ‘Life Well Built’ is a very catchy line but their product is anything but well built. This same problem happened on 2 other units in our building so I would recommend against buying from them as this seems like a latent defect in their work.

You have a severely past due balance at Ace Hardware and you have been ignoring our calls, emails, instagram messages, and statements for months. Shame on you for putting a fellow local business in this situation. Pay your bills.

Worst builders in the world home 2 years old and I’m replacing a bathroom .. not waterproofed I will be seeing them in court
