Monte Carlo Garden Apartments

The Property Manager Challene is amazing. She is very detail-oriented and takes care of the tenant's needs. Not to mention, the apartments are in excellent condition. My son and I are impressed by Challene’s prompt response to our maintenance requests. The communication has been exceptional. She is always available to answer questions and provide updates. We appreciate her proactive approach to property maintenance, communication, and response time. Her efforts have ensured our rental property remains safe, pristine, and well-maintained. Her work ethic is incredible, and she truly cares. She is compassionate about her tenants. She truly deserves a raise! She goes above and beyond. This is such a wonderful community to live in, and she plays a big role in making it feel like home.

I have yet to move in, so I will update my review about living experience in the next few months :) But so far I have been working very closely with Challene M, our leasing point of contact, and she is an absolute GEM. This is my first move where I am in charge of setting things up and doing the paperwork and she has made this the most relaxing and easy going process I could have imagined. She has answered every question, text, and call; and I had a lot of questions! It is very obvious that she cares about the tenants at Monte Carlo. She even helped me at times she wasn't in the office! Finding housing at this time was very challenging, but I feel 100% confident that have made the correct decision. Move in was smooth.. the grounds are super clean. My daughter loves the pool. My apartment is updated and I feel it is a great value for the money. Overall I am more than satisfied! I would definitely recommend them to anyone:)
