Montclair In the Woods Apartments

Moved in a year ago, the property managers and maintenance have been extremely nice since the day I moved in. Any requests I've have been taken care of immediately.

Do not recommend, MOVED INTO AN APARTMENTS THAT HAD PREVIOUSLY ROACH INFESTATION, PROPERTY LEFT ALL ROACH INFESTED APPLICANES INSIDE APARTEMNT AND THINK ITS OKAY LITERAL ROACHES AND THEY DONT SEE THE PROBLEM

I talked to the people in the office about my heat in my living room was not working. Was this emergency know because the kitchen heat was working, my bedroom and bathroom was working. But the living room was the main in the biggest room. The next day the maintenance man was at my door and did not leave until it was fixed I love that they responded and took it very serious. He let me know what happened not have heat in my front living room. I appreciate that informing me of the problem.

I want to give a big shout out to Kylie and Tena. My husband and I are so excited to say that we are now new residents of the Montclair in the woods community. We thank Kylie and Tena for being so patient with us throughout the entire process. They have been so thorough answering every question we had and letting us know they will always be available for any future needs and questions.If anyone is ever in need of an apartment we would definitely recommend contacting Kylie and Tena.

I love my place, I have been living here 9 years. I will say that it need some updates but nothing bad. They fix things quickly and the price isn't bad compared to others in the area. They listen to my concerns and check on me, I don't plan on moving.
