We had an issue with some minor flooding in our unit. As always Noel came in and worked hard to get it resolved as quick a possible. He even made us new doors for our bathroom sink. We have been here 7 years and anytime something needs repaired he always does a great job, communicates what is going on and is so nice.
I was seriously considering moving into these apartments because the location is great and having a garage is a big advantage. However, after my brother and his fiancée moved in, all I hear from them is negative feedback. First of all, the apartments have an outdated brown kitchen, and management does not allow tenants to repaint it into a more modern or normal color. Second, there are constant inspections — they keep sending notices saying they will enter the apartment to check things inside, which feels excessive and uncomfortable. The most disappointing part for me, as someone who appreciates comfort and design, is that they forbid almost any improvements. After 17 wonderful years at Montanosa, my trusty old microwave finally gave up. I submitted a maintenance ticket, and Noel came to the rescue. He quickly assessed the issue, explained the replacement process clearly, ordered the new unit, and installed it efficiently and with great care. Everything was left spotless. Beyond his professionalism, Noel’s kind-hearted nature really stands out. He’s always friendly, courteous, and respectful during service visits. Even outside of work, I often see him on my daily walks with my dog — he never fails to greet us with a big smile, which has become one of the highlights of our walks. My husband and I applied for an apartment on December 31st. It took a full week of nonstop calls and emails just to learn they couldn’t verify my identity through the required face scan. We’d recently gotten married, and I had changed my last name, which we suspected might be the cause. But the staff wouldn’t explain the issue and seemed completely indifferent. In the end, they wasted time we didn’t have, and we decided to walk away. Honestly, it feels like we dodged a bullet. On top of that, their customer service is lacking. My husband called around 30 times and only got through once, the rest of the time, they called him. They also pulled the listing off the website for a week while holding our deposit.
