Is the been here for a long time I’ve known a lot of friends that have lived here. I’ve had a lot of good experiences here. You do a good job keeping up on the property and keeping the property safe. Keep up the good work.

THEY HAVE ROACHES. THEY CHANGE MANAGEMENT EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS. I HAD TO THROW AWAY ALL MY FURNITURE AND ITEMS UPON MOVING OUT AND THEY HAD THE NERVES TO SEND MY BALANCE TO COLLECTIONS(LEASE WAS OVER UPON MOVING. they wanted me to wait 60 days but didn’t want to send someone to take care of the roaches and by that time they were crawling in the stove and behind mirrors and inside light switches). Apartment 13(I lived in apartment 16) they lost multiple cases about pest control due to the roaches being horrible people breaking leases. Maintenance is okay. HOWEVER… the amount of money you pay… nothing to show for but off street parking. Nice size closets. Rionna has a smart mouth. Last decent person they had was Julie cunningham.
