Worse place I ever lived in. The car break-ins are ridiculous and management has not done nothing about it. Maintenance gets ignored, my apartment flooded back in May and I requested to get my kitchen and bathroom floors replaced from the water damage and it hasn’t gotten fixed until mid October and my bathroom floor still isn’t fixed I can literally lift every single tile off the floor. Management do not respond at all from phone calls to emails. Constant construction going on and no notice when contractors are entering your apartment to put in new electrical work. They changed all our doors and locks with no type of notice was locked out of my apartment and was fortunate to catch management in the leasing office before they closed for the day to get my new set of keys. DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! Just moved from here earlier this year (April) Was a tenant for 3 years. We lived under constant construction from the moment we moved in. Notices were almost never given in a timely fashion. THERE IS NO SECURITY. Our carpet was old, stained and moldy and was never replaced from the previous renter. Our patio leaked every time it rained too hard which further ruined the nasty carpet in the living room. This had the baseboards broken down and rotted away. We had our vehicle broken into and there was nothing done. The cameras don’t work and the lightening was just about to go into the lot “to help” with break ins. Car break ins are not uncommon, my car was stolen from the lot. The upper lot parking is not good, you have slim chance to park close to your building. Most of the buildings are not disability friendly, lots of steps to get into the buildings in addition to the ones in the building. There is only one washer/dryer in each building. Maintenance ignores or close out unfinished requests. They require you to have a spectrum cable internet package added to your rent. As well as water and sewage. It is close to the colleges and highways. Not to mention some of the buildings have problems with pests

The building isn't handicap accessible. It is very difficult for delivery drivers to find. There should be some sort of directional sign in the parking lot. Jake was very accommodating, patient, and kind. I hope he remains that way because he was awesome and most property managers turn sour after you move in. I'm very worried about the amount of stairs to access my building, but overall the remodeling is very pretty. You guys picked a lovely color scheme. The combination is breath-taking with the lush foliage you have surrounding the compound.

The car theft here is incredible. 2 our personal cars Already got broken into breaking our side and back windows. Not even my full year of living here. Guests and family that came to visit us got their car broken into, it’s embarrassing to us now they want to stay out of this area . It’s concerning especially with our new born child. It’s not safe here.
