I love this place the manager was so enthusiastic and was so kind to us. Even the maintenance was nice and friendly and shout out to john for always being on top of every problem or question we had he was always there to help us out in anything and very nice . And what i really liked how its Dog friendly as a husky owner its very hard to find places that accept that type of breed. But this lovely building accepted our baby and i would be forever grateful for this place and definitely recommend😊😊.

I would like to share my gratitude for Ms. Claudia's exceptional help. After our refrigerator had been broken for over two months, and despite numerous work orders , losing alot of foods and discussing with Mr. John, we had no response from maintenance. After meeting Ms. Claudia on Wednesday and sharing our frustration; maintenance was at our apartement and fixed our fridge by Thursday morning! Thanks again, Claudia, for your outstanding support❤️

I lived at this property from September 2023 through March 2024. It was a nightmare living situation that resulted in me breaking my lease. All of the conditions listed below were either ignored entirely by management or dealt with extremely slowly and with a lack of care. Despite these issues being serious housing code violations and huge concerns for health and safety, management had no sense of urgency to fix any of these problems. Throughout my tenancy, there were constant sounds of rats in the ceilings and walls. For the first month I lived here, there was a horrible smell in the kitchen and my dishwasher did not work. After the long month it took for someone to finally come inspect my kitchen, an exterminator pulled my appliances out and found multiple entry points, a large rat nest

I would like to give a compliment. Shout out to Mr. John and Ms. Shakera. I've been here for 21 years, and in their short time of taking over the property, they have done so much to spruce up the place and instill order back into the building. I just want to say Great Job! And I'm grateful!

I have been living in the community for over 10 years. I have moved twice within the 10 years. I will say that I have not experienced a person more dedicated nor more involved with their tenants in the most impactful way. Sarah proved to be sensitive and incredibly empathetic during the peek of the pandemic. If I could rate 10 stars I would, and recommend that a raise in her salary be the next move because after my interactions with Sarah, I know that she takes what she does as more than just a job. This is her calling (to deal with the public). She has taken her role and really made a positive impact to include making me personally feel at home. Sarah if you are reading this.... THANK YOU!
