We've only been in our apartment for just over a month and we absolutely love it. It may be a smaller apartment, but for us and our son, we couldn't ask for a better place. Well, things could have definitely gone differently and it would have been nice to move into a place that was completely finished and not one with a storage closet with the walls not finished and insulation coming out of the plastic in front of it. The floor was not only concrete, but it was painted...who paints a concrete floor? The light in our bedroom never had a cover put on, even though we were told, by her the day we moved in that she would get it right away. There's more, but it could have been a better experience. Not bad for a family of 3, but definitely way too small. My husband says it's a hallway with rooms
