Monroe Landings Apartments

I really don't like giving bad reviews though during the pre-inspection one of the contractors were repatching/ painting my kitchen ceiling I went to the front office to speak with the assistant property manager because Sam was out so I addressed my concerns about the fumes and powder the contractor was spreading throughout my apartment and he didn't warn me or anything that he would be doing this while I was there and me and my dog was still there? Not include he wasn't wearing a mask at all! So the assistant property manager just followed me to the apartment then when we got there she just looked around didn't see what was going and then she disappeared and didn't say anything about what she saw or say to the contractors! I was very disappointed like my concern didn't matter or she didn

Love my new place they are very nice the managers are so nice and maintenance guys are nice they come very fast to fix anything that needs to be fix the apartments are big just the noise you can hear your neighbors but they are nice apartments

Maintenance department is amazing. You put in a work order. You always get the same day delivery they come fix what they can if they need to order something they order it. Very great guys. every time I see Carlos on the property and I need something or I need him to explain something about something in the apartment he always on point. Carlos is amazing. Great guy.

I love these apartments and the staff is great and very friendly I wanted just to say theirs A waiting list some people get in their feelings about the waiting list well they are affordable housing🤷🏾‍♀️ and to the staff keep up the great job y'all doing!
