From our very first meeting we have been impressed and completely happy with Monogram homes! They were prompt responding to our purchase offer! The owners, building superintendent and realtor were more than accommodating at the very first meeting when choosing home options and asking for a few changes! We had never purchased a new home from ground up and they helped us understand each option and even recommended options we had not thought about, even driving us around to help us choose outdoor paint colors when we didn’t know which colors we wanted! They graciously allowed us to bring in our own kitchen faucet and insta hot which needed additional holes drilled in the counter top prior to us moving in! The customer service office once we took possession of our house has been amazing!

I purchased my first home through Monogram 3 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier! The purchasing process was very efficient and easier than I expected. All the staff at Monogram were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered. The house is amazing quality and a great floorplan. The warranty service is a huge perk too. I know several people who have purchased Monogram homes and they have all had an amazing experience as well and are still very happy with their houses years later. I highly recommend Monogram.

We had the best experience working with the whole team at Monogram homes! We felt like they listened to all of our input and built our dream house. It is high quality in every area and the attention to detail is beyond what you expect. From the planning phase to purchasing, their system makes it simple to stay in budget but get a beautiful home. We were living in our RV trailer when we started building and were anxious for the process to go quickly, but still smoothly, and we couldn't believe that in 90 days our home was ready for us to move in to! When my wife and I walked their model home, we absolutely feel in love with the quality of homes they build. Building a house can be a stressful time in a couples life, but all the people at Monogram (Bret, Doug, Grizz, Chris, Levi, and all of their contractors) were very responsive and helpful.
