I completed a reverse mortgage through Money House with David Gold. I was told by Lincoln Lending and the credit counselor that taxes and insurance would be included in the loan. I even referred someone else who was told the exact same thing. Later, we both received court documents from the reverse mortgage company demanding payment for unpaid taxes and insurance. After speaking with higher-ups at a company that no longer works with David Gold or Money House, I was told that many of their clients had the same deceptive issues. This nearly put two elderly women out on the street. None of this was ever disclosed or explained properly. Extremely misleading and unprofessional business practices.

Zero stars. Do not use them at all. Do not trust them. I am highly concern they even have our personal information. They suck at communication and everything. Please stay away from them. It’s a scam.
