Not happy at all with this company. I was the listing agent of a property and the buyers agent incorrectly put the corporate address on the contract, not her office's address. I sent the commission bill to get processed by Janet in a timely manner with my office's address and never received payment. After an investigation I have found out the Monarch Title Agency Inc. did not look at the forwarding address on the commission bill, and I asked Janet to resubmit payment. She told me it would be a $ 20 or $ 25.00 fee to stop payment and a $ 40.00 overnight mailing fee. I said to her that it was her error, and she stood her ground and would not help me in the fees, when in fact she over-looked where the check was supposed to me mailed.
