The worst building I have lived in during my 6 years in Manhattan. Since I moved in 5 months ago it has been issue after issue. I currently have had mice entering my apartment for 2 months and cannot get management to reply or deal with the issue after multiple emails. I also emailed them after I saw a homeless person pick the lock of the building door and enter the building and steal from the storage locks and no one replied. It has taken multiple follow ups to get other repairs completed as well. I have learned my lesson and will not rent from this company again

They are constantly renovating one bedrooms in my building to chop into two bedrooms, and because of that there are many roaches and bugs. Management apparently only allows exterminators once a month, and I was never contacted for this month's service. Overall, while the renovations may look nice at first glance, you can tell once you look closely they are done quickly and sloppily. For $4250 a month, expecting kind & responsive management doesn't seem like too much to ask. When I'm outside of my own apartment in the hallways or laundry room everything just feels unclean and dusty, which could also be because we were promised a live in super as a part of this deal and there isn't one anymore.

Our super was lovely, but this company is your typical greedy and inattentive NYC management co. My ceiling leaked twice from the apartment upstairs and the second time I had to replace my mattress and bedding - I reached out to get reimbursed and they straight up ignored me. They never tested for mold and I was told it was unavoidable and happened when the bathroom upstairs had water on the floor?? Our fridge also leaked often, there was a rotting smell from the bathroom pipes, the appliances did not work well, there were mice in the walls, etc. Our building was also poorly kept - there was always trash in the entryway and the buzzer was broken half the time. They raised our rent 40% and when we tried to negotiate, especially given we were probably sleeping under mold, they again ignored

This is without a doubt the most unprofessional, disgraceful company I have ever worked with. Nobody in the office responds to emails and inquiries and all of their phone calls go straight to voicemail. They lie in their advertisements about the cost of apartments and the availability of supers. Their buildings are rife with squatters who steal packages and mouse and cockroach infestations and ignore any and all complaints. They violate leases and drag their feet on returning security deposits to you. They will also deduct damages from your security deposit but make no repairs or clean between tenants. Stay far, far away from this company and anybody who works for them.

Unbelievably unresponsive. Requests to have things in our apartment fixed take at least 4-5 email follow-ups. On ONE occasion, when our toilet was broken, somebody named Ezra was very helpful and quick to respond, but beyond that it's been radio silence. Requesting a copy of our lease took an insane amount of time and follow-ups (about 6 weeks with constant following-up). As rent-paying tenants, I feel very disrespected by the negligence and lack of communication.
