Monaco Valley Apartments

The staff here is absolutely amazing — definitely the best part about living at these apartments! The manager is super easy to talk to and really helpful if you're having any issues, whether it's maintenance or rent. As long as you keep in contact, they’ll work with you. The apartments themselves are nicely remodeled on the inside, even though the outside might not look like much at first. It’s also in a convenient location — close to shopping and right on the bus line. Overall, I’m giving this place 5 stars mostly because of the fantastic office staff. They really make a difference!

Stayed here for two years… any minor problem maintenance was quick to fix. Management team is the best especially Ms. Diana. They were always answering my questions and making sure I had the best rental experience as possible.

I moved in March 2025 the are the best apartments i have ever stayed in Miss Diana the Property Manager is awesome very understanding person and the maintenance staff is a 10 plus wherever I put in a work order for my apartment they are very prompt in fixing things I definitely will be renewing my leadership and staying still

I'm so Happy i choose these apartments has my new home the office manager Diana is super nice and respectful she has her maintenance guy fixed everything i asked for in a timely manner if it's anything i need help with she is there to make sure it's done or getting the right help and information i want to say thank you Diana for everything keep up the wonderful work you do for the residents in monaco Valley apartments 😊

The location is excellent, and the management/office staff are always helpful. Any issues that come up are usually addressed and resolved pretty quickly. I’ve had a very positive experience here
